We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to assist in the coordination and execution of residential and commercial projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with our real estate development team to ensure architectural excellence while aligning with quality and innovation principles.

  • Assist in preparing and modifying architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentation boards.
  • Support in preparing municipal drawings, approvals, and compliance documents as per local rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
  • Participate in site visits, quality checks, and on-site coordination to resolve design-related issues.
  • Conduct material research and assist in preparing BOQs and specifications.
  • Provide support in client presentations, sales collaterals, and marketing drawings where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience or strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and approval processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative.
