Job Title: Cell Culture Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to support our Upstream process development, Process Scale up, and Process characterization for mAb manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in one of the following areas: Omics technologies – Metabolomics, Metabolic Flux Analysis, Bioprocess modeling – Metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactor or cells, or CFD – Computational fluid dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and establish scalable and robust processes for meeting desired product yield and quality.
  • Assess risk and actively plan for risk mitigation strategies during process development and scale up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within R&D and other departments for technical discussions related to process development, technology transfer, and process improvement.
  • Participate in technology transfer activities and coordination with program management and cross-functional teams to deliver on program timelines.
  • Provide appropriate support for regulatory dossier, filing, and audits.
  • Ensure thorough data analysis for assessing upstream data and supporting technical decisions.
  • Record and review raw data in accordance with GDP principles.
  • Prepare work presentations and write technical documents (process protocols, technical/development reports), procedures (SOP's/IOP's/EOP's).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical expertise in one of the following areas: Omics technologies – Metabolomics, Metabolic Flux Analysis, Bioprocess modeling – Metabolic modeling, process modeling, digital twin for bioreactor or cells, or CFD – Computational fluid dynamics.
