Role Overview
Hormel Foods is seeking a skilled HCM Development Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Capital Management (HCM) module, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, and implementing systems and processes related to Oracle Cloud Global Human Resources and Workforce Administration.

About the Position
This role will work closely with business partners, including Payroll, General Accounting, and HR Specialists, to optimize HCM configurations and streamline business processes. You will research and implement new processes using configurations, automation, and integrations to automate current manual processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Configure and develop solutions within the Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global Workforce, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, etc.) to meet business requirements.
* Create technical process flows and requirements documents that may be assigned to other development team members for execution (i.e., Integrations Team, Reporting Team).
* Test and verify completed configuration and development meets specifications while maintaining appropriate security and access control.
* Collaborate with business leads through iterations of development to gain acceptance and approval of testing before migrating to Production environment.

Requirements
* Deep knowledge in Oracle Cloud Global Human Resources and Workforce Administration.
* Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
