Job Summary:

Movate is seeking an experienced DDI Engineer to fill a key position within our team.

We require a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with expertise in networking solutions, particularly DDI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts.

  • Analyze customer issues via phone and ticketing systems, providing top-notch support and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Provide customer-centric support, ensuring service excellence and a positive experience for clients.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge and mentoring peers to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a Technical Support role, preferably in a networking or IT environment.
  • A strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DDI solutions, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
  • A working knowledge of Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Exposure to network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support.
