Job Title: Data Management Strategist

About the Role:

Coders Brain Technology Private Limited seeks a skilled Data Management Strategist to oversee the flow, quality, and integrity of data within our organization. This role ensures seamless data integration and effective utilization for analytics, reporting, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Flow Management:
    • Design, implement, and monitor data pipelines across diverse systems.
    • Manage the movement and transformation of data between databases, applications, and analytics platforms.
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data throughout its lifecycle.
    • Implement and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
  • ETL and Integration:
    • Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
    • Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring compatibility and synchronization.
  • Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Monitor data flow performance and troubleshoot issues to prevent disruptions.
    • Optimize data pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with data engineers, database administrators, and business analysts to align data solutions with business needs.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding data requirements and performance.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure that data processes comply with regulatory and organizational policies.
    • Implement measures to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data flow processes and configurations.
    • Provide regular reports on data flow performance, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SAS DataFlux, or similar).
    • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
    • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Hadoop).
    • Exposure to SAS Data Flux Data Management Studio
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to identify and resolve data flow bottlenecks and errors.
    • Strong analytical thinking to optimize data processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management, integration, or related roles.
  • Certifications in data integration or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer).
