
Integrated Marketing Strategist

As a Group Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading teams and developing client relationships. This position involves overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, media, creative, and production elements.
In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of Brand Managers who handle large-scale marketing mandates. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions that drive business growth.
To excel in this position, you must have strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You should also be proficient in marketing platforms, budgeting tools, and project forecasting software.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree or equivalent in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field. Additionally, certifications in Digital Media, SEO, SEM, or similar areas are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Brand Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Account Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and account expansion.
- Monitor account-level profitability and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Creative Direction:
- Provide strategic direction to creative and media teams.
- Conduct industry/category research to guide campaign planning.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency (must have handled integrated mandates).
- Proven ability to manage large accounts with digital, social, media, creative, and production components.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and delegation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to identify marketing opportunities for clients.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, budgeting tools, and project forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
