Financial Analyst Role Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled financial analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of financial models, LBO models, and DCF/relative valuations.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in financial modeling, strong accounting and financial analysis skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare historical financial statements in MS-Excel and analyze key performance indicators, emerging trends, and relevant industry updates.
  • Conduct extensive company valuations using approaches such as discounted cash flow, dividend discount model, trading multiples, and economic value added.
  • Prepare company profiles, analytical reports, earnings and flash notes, quarterly updates, sector and theme-based reports, newsletters, and technology primers.

Requirements:

  • Hold a CA/CFA certification with 4-6 years of experience in financial modeling, LBO models, and DCF/relative valuations.
  • Ability to identify and solve issues effectively within deadlines.
  • Strong English writing skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
