About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer to join our Quality Team on a full-time basis, contributing to the development and implementation of quality objectives and results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer satisfaction, statistical techniques, and quality tools.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through defect-free products and timely resolution of claims.
  • Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and analysis to implement robust actions reducing scrap costs.
  • Lead quality activities, validate objectives, and ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Drive process improvements towards Integrated Quality Management systems (IATF & ISO) and customer audits.
  • Implement proactive actions to reduce customer returns.

Key Competencies

  • 8D knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and customer handling.
  • Failure analysis and quality auditing expertise.
  • Strong understanding of EMS, IATF, and ISO standards.
  • IPC certification and expertise in soldering.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience with TQM and PMC.
  • DOE, FEA, and VDA 6.3 & 6.5 knowledge.
  • Minitab and statistical process control expertise.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or B.E /B.Tech Electrical & Electronics with 6+ years of experience in Customer Quality.
  • Proven experience in handling customer complaints and analysis.
