Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure timely renewal of licenses.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with municipal corporations, state health departments, fire departments, urban development authorities, local statutory bodies, police, and nodal officers for inspections and compliance.

 

  • Foster collaboration with ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Coordinate clinic setup with the Expansion/Projects team to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.

 

  • Embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations through collaboration with architects, project managers, and legal teams.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.

 

  • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities, ensuring strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
