Senior Technical Artist Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Artist to join our team. As a key member of our Experience Engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our applications and games.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement high-quality visual effects, animations, and other interactive elements that bring our projects to life. You will work closely with our engineers, designers, and artists to ensure seamless integration of art and technology.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Unity and its ecosystem. You should be proficient in C# and have experience working with 3D creation suites such as Maya or Blender. Additionally, you should have a solid grasp of 3D model optimization and performance techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop workflows, pipelines, and tools for projects and teams
  • Integrate assets provided by art & design, and implement the features associated with them
  • Develop solutions to incorporate real-world assets and data into real-time applications
  • Research and experiment with groundbreaking technologies to stay ahead of industry demands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship client projects on various platforms
Requirements
  • Experience developing with Unity at a high level
  • Solid understanding of one or more 3D creation suites (Maya, Blender, etc)
  • Experience and technical understanding of 3D model optimization and performance
  • Experience writing, modifying or optimizing shaders or other rendering effects
  • Experience with art production workflows such as modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, or lighting with HDRP/URP
  • Intermediate skill with C# or another programming language
  • Experience in shipping multiple interactive real-time applications or games
