Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design and build scalable systems that integrate intelligent automation with real-world business needs, delivering performance, flexibility, and long-term value.

This is not a cookie-cutter role – we need someone who can think creatively and push the limits of engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs used across platforms.
  • Architect and optimize microservices for performance, resilience, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with front-end, AI, and infrastructure teams to integrate services seamlessly.
  • Ensure APIs are secure, well-documented, and developer-friendly.
  • Debug, monitor, and improve existing API endpoints to reduce latency and improve throughput.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages (Node.js, JavaScript).
  • Solid experience building and scaling APIs (REST, GraphQL).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORMs.
  • Understanding of authentication/authorization protocols.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about system design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
