Maintenance Leader Position

About Fleetguard Filters Private Limited:

The company is a renowned provider of filtration solutions for On & Off-Highway applications.

To ensure the smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment, as well as the optimal functioning of the Maintenance Department to meet planned production targets within desired quality and timeframes.

  • Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Computers, and Automation knowledge is required.
  • Standardizing, evaluating, and controlling machine spares experience is necessary.
  • Familiarity with work and quality systems such as ISO, TS-16949, 5S, and TPM is required.
  • Internet and computer skills are needed.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP and Oracle is required.
  • Knowledge of laws (Factory Act) and environmental norms is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, modifying circuits and mechanisms, procuring and maintaining spares, analyzing breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contributing to and working independently in the strategic planning of various maintenance functions.
  • Designing and reconditioning machine control panels.
  • Creating comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs for machines.
  • Material procurement, vendor development, and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in maintenance departments while working with manufacturing industries on below types of machines: PLC based Special purpose machines, Utilities like D.G. Sets, Air compressors, Cooling towers, Transformers, HT/LT switchgears, Hydraulic & Mechanical presses, Material handling equipment's & conveyors, Ovens & furnaces.
  • B.E/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) qualification.
  • 35 years old or above age.

Job Goal: Meeting planned production targets with desired quality within timeframes.
