Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trust Manager to oversee the administrative, legal, and compliance functions of our charitable trust. This role requires strong organizational skills, a background in trust/charity management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with regulatory bodies.Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting notices, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Preparing resolutions and official correspondence.
  • Following up on legal matters.
  • Maintaining HR records and trust-related files.
  • Ensuring timely submission of reports and records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A background in trust/charity management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
Work Schedule

This role requires working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays).
