The Role

We are hiring an experienced engineer to lead the development of our core intelligence. This role requires strong expertise in semantic search pipelines, graph-based retrieval, and agentic systems.

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex semantic search systems.
  • Deploy scalable APIs and services capable of serving hundreds of concurrent requests.
  • Implement and productionize vector databases and embedding-based retrieval systems.
  • Integrate GenAI capabilities into our platform, including react agents, graph agents, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
  • Contribute directly to the infrastructure that makes cutting-edge science more efficient.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will move fast, experiment, and ship production systems that impact thousands of researchers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Expertise in AI/ML, natural language processing, and software architecture.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
