Job Title: Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing wiring harnesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop 3D/2D designs using CAD software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure design meets quality and safety standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wiring harness design and technology

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in wiring harness design and development
  • Expertise in CHS (Capital Harness System) and XC Tool
  • Strong knowledge of connectors, protectors, and relays
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with wire gauge, insulation, and protection selection
  • Familiarity with harness development best practices
