Job Title: Game Economy Architect

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Game Economy Architect to craft innovative and engaging social casino gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will design and manage in-game economies, ensuring a balance between player satisfaction and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement economy models that foster player engagement
  • Create and balance in-app currencies, progression curves, reward structures, and monetization systems
  • Analyze data trends and player behavior to inform economy design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine economy strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize pricing strategies, rewards, and progression tuning
  • Develop detailed economy specifications, balancing sheets, and documentation for stakeholder review
  • Design systems to prevent exploits, control inflation, and maintain long-term economic stability

Desired Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in game economy design, preferably in Social Casino games
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play economy design, monetization strategies, and player psychology
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or other statistical tools for analytical modeling
  • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and analysts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry
  • Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering
