AI/ML Engineer Role

We're seeking a skilled AI/ML professional to design and deploy cutting-edge solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines, managing secure experimentation environments, and translating proofs-of-concept into production-ready solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize ML pipelines for data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Manage and secure AI experimentation environments on cloud-based platforms.
  • Translate ideas into working prototypes and scalable solutions.
  • Apply various AI/ML approaches, including NLP, RAG, AI Assistants, and General Machine Learning Models.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and data security in AI development and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and developers to deliver practical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years' experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or MLOps.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and ML frameworks.
  • Solid experience with data engineering, APIs, and model deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or research publications (optional).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or Information Technology (with specialization in AI/ML).
  • MBA (Finance) with strong quantitative and AI/ML focus also considered.
