About the Role

We're seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team of innovative engineers. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new or changing existing web applications/APIs, maintaining and troubleshooting web applications and APIs, writing and maintaining reliable code, integrating with data storage solutions, creating services using microservices architecture, Dockerizing the application/service, identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs, integrating user-facing elements, and connecting applications with other internal or third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new or changing existing web applications/APIs
  • Maintain and troubleshoot web applications and APIs
  • Write and maintain reliable Ruby/Rails code
  • Integrate with data storage solutions
  • Create services using microservices architecture
  • Dockerize the application/service
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs
  • Integrate user-facing elements
  • Connect applications with other internal or third-party systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails
  • Proficiency in either Sidekiq or Shoryuken
  • Solid knowledge in React and Typescript
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • A willingness to work in EST hours

Qualification

You must have a BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field.
