As a Merchandising Specialist at Ecommerce Retail Company, you will be responsible for executing the site merchandising calendar for multiple properties across FirstCry platforms. This includes new product and season launches, cross-category placements, maintaining various site pages, developing and executing Firstcry site-wide events and search results.
You will work closely with buyers and marketing to schedule promotions and develop merchandising for large site-wide properties. Your goal is to drive sales and margin through merchandising and content initiatives.
You will also engage daily with the team to evaluate top/bottom selling styles and refine go-forward plans for website and marketing content. You will analyze sell-throughs, stock covers, discounts, stock gaps, and sales trends.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders to plan visual merchandising strategies and propose strategies for merchandise and content to increase conversion.
