Job Title: Finance and Business Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance and business administration manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, financial management, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial management, statutory compliance, procurement, insurance administration, and operational support for the India office.
  • Payroll, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance: Ensure employee payroll processing and compliance with all applicable Indian labour, tax, and provident fund laws.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Lead the procurement, review, and renewal of essential business insurance policies.
  • Financial Instruments and Banking Infrastructure: Establish and manage banking relationships, ensuring optimal account structures for operational efficiency.
  • Procurement and Office Operations: Manage procurement of IT equipment, software licences, and office supplies.

The ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred) and minimum 5-7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of Indian labour law, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Familiarity with risk management and insurance procurement, particularly in service-sector businesses.
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g. Xero) and digital banking tools.
  • Proven ability to operate in a start-up or small business environment.
