Job Role:

As a software developer at a leading tech firm, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for customizing and implementing web applications to meet project requirements, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues, bugs, and errors on our websites.

You will conduct thorough testing to ensure the resolution of reported issues, evaluate and integrate third-party plugins to enhance website functionality, and customize and extend plugin functionalities as needed.

In addition, you will write clean and efficient code to extend website functionality as needed, implement responsive design principles, and ensure a seamless user experience by creating visually appealing interfaces.

You will also regularly update and maintain existing websites to ensure optimal performance and security, implement and maintain security measures to protect our websites from potential threats, and stay updated on the latest security trends and apply best practices for website security.

Maintaining comprehensive documentation of website configurations, updates, and custom features is essential, as well as providing clear and detailed documentation for other team members. Effective communication with cross-functional teams is also crucial.

To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in developing PHP, ReactJs, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with PHP frameworks / platforms such as WordPress development, customization, and plugin integration. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently are also required.
