Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain and support application/source code and/or its components and subsystems.
  • Detect, diagnose and report related problems.
  • Analyse and resolve incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.
  • Provide technical assistance to programming staff in the analysis of application software amendments, performance and resource consumption.
  • Develop and maintain complete documentation relative to the support of application software.
  • Offer 24-hour support for applications.

Requirements:

  • 7-14 years of experience in mainframe development and enhancement.
  • Good experience in COBOL, DB2, VSAM with experience in Cards & Payments domain and great if you possess any skills in Base2000, TBS and P1C Products.
  • Strong experience in CICS.
  • Willingness to work in a support role.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7).

Bonus Points:

  • Automation experience.
  • Experience of Financial Services industry and knowledge on any of Base2000, TBS & P1C products.
  • Experience in Incident Management tools Service now.
