We are seeking a seasoned Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and facilitate communication between management and various departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison between management and departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Lead administrative staff, supporting their professional development and performance management.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Maintain and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring resources are available.
- Assist in expense management for office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
