Senior Compliance Officer

Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading and implementing corporate compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of integrity within the organization.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive compliance programs, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensure effective governance, and promote a culture of transparency.
  • Analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements, providing strategic guidance to senior management on compliance matters.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and communications to enhance employee awareness and understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Lead investigations and remediation efforts, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory trends, advising senior management on compliance implications and recommending proactive measures to minimize risk.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished professional with a strong background in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, and legal services. Key qualifications include:

  • JD degree and relevant experience as a compliance counsel.
  • Additional qualifications, such as CA or CFA certifications, are highly desirable.
