Job Title: Technical Support L3

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong IT skills and experience in Microsoft Directory services. As a Technical Support L3, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal stakeholders and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of overall IT experience with 3-4 years of experience working with Microsoft Directory services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to share knowledge with team members.
  • A technology mind-set with aptitude to work on complex issues.
  • Experience in Group Policies, troubleshooting, and implementation.
Core Skills:
  • Active Directory (AD) database, certificates, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • DNS and DHCP expertise.
File Services:
  • Manage and troubleshoot DFSR, DFS, and file/folder permissions.
  • Implement folder redirection.
Troubleshooting:
  • Responsible for troubleshooting various issues including account lockouts and Active Directory replication.
  • Strong understanding of AD security events is a plus.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Expected to share knowledge with your team and handle client-facing situations.
Additional Knowledge:
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of networking, Exchange, and Office 365 is required.
  • Experience with scripting and ADFS is a significant advantage.
