About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to contribute to the design and verification of NAND internal operations and firmware through system Verilog assertion coding, simulation, and debug. The successful candidate will perform design verification processes of NAND Chips with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
Responsibilities:
- Design and verify NAND internal operations and firmware through system Verilog assertion coding, simulation, and debug.
- Perform design verification processes of NAND Chips with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
- Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with overall verification, design, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Actively contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.
- Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality.
- Drive innovation into future Memory generations within a dynamic work environment.
- Develop an understanding of controller/processor architecture.
- Experience in the use of scripting languages, programming tools, and environments is a plus.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge in Verilog language.
- Solid digital logic fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of analog circuits.
- An understanding and knowledge of mixed-mode design and validation.
- Through understanding of Design/Verification CAD tools such as ncsim, Design Compiler, Formality, PrimeTime, etc.
- Knowledge of TCL or PERL.
- Knowledge in non-volatile memory design (NAND in particular) is a strong plus.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Micron offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
