Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to support our Finance team. The ideal candidate will develop predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain production forecast modeling pipeline, including model monitoring and refitting models as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build effective solutions for complex business problems
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and create robust data assets to support analytics
  • Evaluate data effectiveness and accuracy, identify materiality of data issues, and recommend improvements
  • Perform multivariate and exploratory data analysis and communicate key findings
  • Utilize statistics and machine learning to build predictive models and tools supporting business initiatives
  • Communicate and present findings to stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and assistance to colleagues
  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and contribute to developing solutions to drive profitability and growth

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering or related field, along with experience in Python, familiarity with time series modeling, and 2+ years experience in data analytics. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential.
