About this Role:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic project leader to oversee and deliver end-to-end market research initiatives.

This position requires strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge of market research methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Leader will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring quality delivery, timely execution, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing the complete project lifecycle from commissioning to invoicing
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance on our products and services
  • Setting and managing stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality service delivery in dynamic, fast-turnaround environments
  • Coordinating project tasks across internal teams (Survey Programming, Sales, etc.) and external vendors (translators, etc)
  • Proactively anticipating, troubleshooting, and resolving project challenges or escalating them as required
  • Partnering with Sales to support revenue growth through repeat business and client referrals
  • Delivering clear, consultative, and timely project updates to all stakeholders
  • Ensuring survey quality by applying current market research methodologies and best practices
  • Managing complex project budgets and timelines effectively
  • Leading and delivering high-visibility projects across multiple research methodologies
  • Mentoring junior team members, contributing to their growth and development
  • Stepping in for the Team Lead when required and supporting cross-functional collaboration

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred (business, marketing, or related field) or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research, with expertise in survey design, sampling, and consultation.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and digital tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Skilled in project budgeting, timeline management, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to apply established procedures to resolve moderately complex issues with minimal oversight
  • Strong mentoring, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
