Job Summary:

  • Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the archival process, ensuring seamless data migration and retention management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for server administration tasks, including authorization, folder creation, and access audits.
  • Collaborate with the divestment team to extract and transfer archived data, ensuring accuracy and quality documentation.
  • Manage software updates and troubleshoot issues related to Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications.
  • Activate and deactivate archive infrastructures, run catch-up archiving, and perform sweeper operations for existing archive objects.
  • Attend Agile ceremonies to provide progress updates, impediments, and knowledge sharing.
  • Assess and resolve incidents, tickets, and handovers within specified timelines.
  • Test archive functionalities for SAP ILM Retention Management and Warehouse Management.
  • Migrate and upgrade replication servers, performing technical and functional testing.

Requirements/Deliverables:

  • Deliver incident and problem management solutions within specified SLAs.
  • Ensure adherence to Upgrade Schedules and deliver error-free SAP Maintenance activities.
  • Complete assigned ADO User Stories prioritized by the Product Owner.
  • Provide high-quality documentation on lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, and new configurations.
