Establishing a robust leadership position within an architectural practice requires a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills. As a key member of our dynamic studio, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading project initiatives from conceptual design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and guides a team of architects/senior architects on projects ensuring seamless execution and delivery

  • Manages the design and delivery process for various project types in diverse settings, prioritizing alignment with client goals and pursuit of excellence in design

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including digital designers and stakeholders, to develop innovative design concepts and drive them through detailed planning phases

  • Ensures effective communication among project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of high-quality projects

  • Anticipates and resolves complex technical and design issues as they arise during project execution

  • Provides expert guidance and innovative solutions to address technical challenges and promote design excellence

  • Conducts regular meetings with clients and consultants to discuss project requirements and progress

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified architect or master's degree preferred

  • Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale projects and mentoring project teams

  • Strong visualization and creative skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities

  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
