Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Labeling Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for working within labeling tools and systems to modify and create label templates.

  • A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering with a B.E. degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA 21CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 15223, UDI, MDR, and EU Medical Device Regulation like Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of labeling software including Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Priysm, Nicelabel, Codesoft Loftware, and Windchill is required.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in initiating and managing labeling change processes, as well as supporting end-to-end PLM approval and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update all labels, pre-printed artworks, and IFUs/manuals with UK CA regulation [EU MDR 2017/745].
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop label templates that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in labeling design or a related field.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
