Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead a program within FIT, building tools and setting policies to control how quickly sellers are paid and disburse funds. This role requires close collaboration with product, tech, policy, legal, and finance stakeholders and partner teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mitigating financial risk by developing strategic plans and executing initiatives to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
- Communicating strategic vision, updates, goals, policy changes, and roadmap to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Delivering results and executing multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously, making data-driven tradeoffs to maintain strategic deliverables.
