Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced creative professional to spearhead the development of innovative social media video ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling campaigns that meet the needs of internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and production of all marketing materials, online and offline, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute the creative strategy behind ad campaigns, utilizing expertise in graphic design, videography, and storytelling.
  • Ideate and execute graphic and video ads daily as required, with a focus on producing high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Create weekly research and ideation reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in video ad design, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and social media advertising best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective campaigns.
  • Able to produce at least 2 Facebook video ads per day, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
