Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Full Stack Developer. This position involves leading a team in implementing software engineering solutions, utilizing expertise in Ruby on Rails to design and develop scalable web applications.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails. They should also have a strong understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development team
- Designing and developing scalable web applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Mentoring junior developers
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills.
