  • The goal is to create a robust talent pipeline by collaborating with external academic institutions to find, train, and potentially recruit new talent.

The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the entire journey of trainees, ensuring they receive effective training, stay on track, and feel connected to the organization throughout their program.


Building an Internal Training Hub The aim is to establish a top-notch in-house training facility or capability center. This would involve working with outside academic programs to find, train, and potentially recruit new talent.


This is all about hiring and onboarding DETs (Diploma Engineer Trainees) effectively. Ensuring their On-the-Job Training (OJT) is managed efficiently and that they are learning effectively, receiving necessary support, and staying engaged with the company throughout their program.
