About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Paid Media Growth Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee budgets, craft strategies, and execute campaigns that meet or exceed performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Display, Social) to drive maximum ROI
  • Manage audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and client teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns at scale
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Proven track record of growing accounts profitably through data-driven decision making
  • Creative problem-solving skills combined with analytical thinking
