Operations Manager

Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of cargo shipments. The Operations Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement cargo movement strategies in alignment with customer requirements and vessel schedules.
  2. Oversee the process of rate quotation and negotiation, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
  3. Coordinate vessel and booking arrangements, ensuring timely allocation of bookings and space reservations.
  4. Supervise inventory and equipment management, including container allocation and optimization.
  5. Drive efficient communication with customers regarding container pickup status, required documentation, and compliance with regulations.
