Painting Director

To execute painting-related activities with high precision and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement efficient project plans, incorporating regular progress updates and effective communication with clients and consultants.
• Lead a team of skilled painting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress reports (DPR) and project metrics, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the painting department, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of drawing studies and area calculation, with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to motivate and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.

Benefits:
