Business Expertise Opportunity

This role offers a chance to apply your expertise in Warehouse Management Systems to drive business growth. As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional user stories.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements through engagement with stakeholders.
  • Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and acceptance criteria to facilitate clear understanding of complex systems.
  • Owning the product backlog ensures that user stories are well-defined for efficient sprint execution.
  • Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to validate use cases and ensure seamless integration.
Mandatory Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in WMS or supply chain domain (Inbound, Inventory, Fulfillment, Returns).
  • Strong knowledge of functional workflows such as PO, picking, packing, shipping is essential.
  • Experience working with tools like GitLab, JIRA, or Confluence is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms and integrations, such as Shopify and carrier partnerships.
  • A background in Agile product delivery environments would be beneficial.
