At May I Help You, we are seeking a skilled Welfare Officer - Employee Liaison to establish effective communication between management and workers. This role ensures a healthy and safe work environment by improving facilities and services, informing workers of their rights, and addressing grievances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between management and employees
- Improve facilities and services, such as medical, drinking water, canteen, toilet, rest area, and child care room
- Inform workers of their rights, including wages, overtime rates, and leaves
- Address worker grievances and communicate with management to ensure resolution
- Teach and train new workers about their rights, privileges, and benefits
