Senior Technical Consultant Job

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the team on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide expert advice on system configuration, customization, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including payroll, benefits, and talent management modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement customized solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools and technologies.
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems to ensure data integrity and governance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud and provide recommendations for adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Payroll and Benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
