As a seasoned Pega professional, you will play a key role in architecting and delivering cutting-edge business applications that drive process excellence and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be invaluable in designing and implementing solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

  • Architecting Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative Pega-based solutions that transform business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of Pega systems by performing routine maintenance tasks, such as configuring application servers and resolving technical issues.
  • Business Requirement Translation: Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical requirements, using Pega's Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools.
  • Proposal Ownership: Take ownership of Pega technology proposals, developing detailed estimates and pitching innovative solutions to clients.
  • Database Expertise: Utilize your expertise in RDBMS tools, such as Postgres and Oracle, to design and implement databases that support scalable and high-performing Pega applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Pega implementation, including 3+ years in Pega 8 implementations.
  • Hands-on Experience: CLSA certification and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming concepts and RDBMS principles.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Pega tools and methodologies (App Studio, Cosmos UI, DCO tools), as well as experience with SQL commands and database operations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor development teams effectively.
