Expert Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced full stack developer with expertise in MERN technologies to join our team. This is a long-term engagement opportunity for a skilled engineer who can contribute to the development of scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in writing high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their skills in:

  • MERN stack development
  • Architectural pattern creation
  • Experience with GraphQL and gRPC protocol
  • Familiarity with MySQL/RDS and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with Github and JIRA

The selected candidate will work as part of a fully remote team based in India, attending daily stand-up meetings, collaborating with existing team members, conducting code reviews, and enforcing software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily stand-up meetings
  • Collaborate with the team on architecture and design decisions
  • Write well-documented code and follow best practices
  • Contribute to unit tests and automate testing processes
  • Be available full-time during IST daytime hours

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an expert senior full-stack developer
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
