Senior Interior Designer Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer Lead to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and client-centric interior solutions. With exceptional creativity and design expertise, you will translate client conversations into inspiring designs, manage project lifecycles from conception to completion, and ensure seamless client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Foster a satisfying client experience through effective communication and needs assessment.
  • Design Quality: Oversee the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, driving excellence in every aspect.
  • Project Management: Spearhead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 10 residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
