Job Title:

Sr. Relationship Manager - Wealth Advisory

Description:

  1. Develop and provide bespoke solutions to high net worth clients based on their investment requirements.
  2. Timely follow-up with potential clients, engaging them through targeted marketing campaigns and thought leadership articles.
  3. Grow the client base by forging new relationships, leveraging referrals from existing clients, and increasing asset under management (AUM).
  4. Initiate regular portfolio reviews for existing clients, ensuring their investments remain aligned with their goals.
  5. Upsell and cross-sell advisory services to existing clients, keeping them informed about market trends and investment opportunities.
  6. Regularly communicate with clients through updates on schemes, research papers, and market analysis.
  7. Coordinate strategic marketing initiatives with regional and product teams to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills to simplify complex information.
  3. Confident presenter able to deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  4. Analytical skills to comprehend client financial objectives and strong logical and numerical abilities.
  5. Ability to manage stress and adhere to procedures, demonstrating emotional stability and conscientiousness.
  6. Identify opportunities for enhanced profit growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with guidelines and respond to documentation requests in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile:

  1. 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory.
  2. Possession of relevant certifications is highly desirable.
  3. Exposure to diverse wealth instruments (insurance, fixed deposits, mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, etc.).
  4. Proven track record of AUM generation.
  5. AUM size of minimum ₹30 crore.
