Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Accounts Receivable section to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Verify and process cash receipts, claims, and unpaid invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
- Calculate and enter charges for interest, refunds, and related items to ensure compliance with financial standards.
- Prepare and review account statements and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to determine fiscal requirements and compile budgetary recommendations.
- Optimize resource allocation and educate the team on cost-effective practices.
- Process third-party claims and maintain guest accounts in accordance with the credit policy.
- Investigate special collection problems and advise on credit policy and payment arrangements.
