Purpose and Scope
This Senior DevOps Architect will play a key role in driving our DevOps transformation and building scalable CI/CD pipelines to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement metrics collection strategies that track DevOps maturity, adoption, and the effectiveness of automation processes.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of DevOps initiatives, including deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recovery (MTTR), and other essential metrics.
- Ensure visibility of metrics across teams and stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve DevOps processes.

Qualifications
- Expertise in build automation and managing global templates for pipelines and workflows across large enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to implement build breaker systems for enforcing stage gates, ensuring code quality and security compliance.
- Experience with DevOps metrics and KPIs, including deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recovery (MTTR), and change failure rate.
