Job Title: Electrical BIM Specialist

Conserve Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Specialist to join our team in Qatar. As an Electrical BIM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating detailed BIM models of electrical systems, including electrical circuiting, wiring, and panel/DB schedule preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in utilizing Revit and Navisworks software for advanced modeling tasks.
  • Develop discipline-specific BIM Modelling content for the Project.
  • Experienced in collaborating within common data environments such as BIM 360, SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Skilled in developing complex parametric families to streamline modeling processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Capable of modifying designs and understanding basic design requirements.
  • Experience with modeling Electrical and extra Low Voltage (ELV) services.
  • Prepares RCP layout drawings for MEP Services and section detail drawings for Electrical Rooms.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Requirements:

  • Should possess 2-4 years experience in BIM Modeling.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
  • Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
  • Preferred Experience in International Projects.
