Job Title: Retail/QSR Functional Consultant

Transforming Business Operations in Retail and Quick Service Restaurants

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick service restaurant (QSR) operations, focusing on driving growth and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Translate the functional specifications derived from the workshop to a technical fit document, highlighting feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap, driving digital transformation.
  • Ensure all functional specifications are deployed in the software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc), training super users of our clients on the platform.
  • Explain the support mechanism and set cadences for support / business related queries.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery, with a strong understanding of retail/QSR operations.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function, familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
