Job Title: Data Automation SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to join our Data & Analytics team.This role involves the development of automated scripts in Python to create a golden model within SQL Server for use in test automation.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Automated Scripts: Create Python scripts to build a golden model within SQL Server for use in test automation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data engineers, QA analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality data delivery in a CI/CD environment.
  • Integrate Testing into Pipelines: Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and deployment.
  • Identify and Resolve Defects: Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data.
  • Contribute to Test Automation Strategies: Contribute to test automation strategies and reusable SQL test frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Test Automation Experience: Strong experience in Test Automation with a focus on data validation and transformation logic.
  • Python Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, particularly with any of the below frameworks: YData-Synthetic / SDV (Synthetic Data Vault) / Gretel-Synthetics / SynthCity / DoppelGANger.
  • CI/CD Environment Experience: Experience working in CI/CD environments and integrating tests into automated pipelines.
  • Relational Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • GE Plant Applications Expertise: MUST HAVE experience with GE Plant Applications.
  • MS SQL Server Familiarity: Nice to have experience with MS SQL Server.
